Front of House:
Our FOH team works directly with our customers utilizing a thorough knowledge of our delicious menu, ensuring order accuracy, processing payments and continuing the hospitality by assisting our guests with food, drinks and keeping a clean restaurant.
Back of House:
Our BOH team works to prepare our delicious food using food recipes and adhering to food safety procedures, all while working around food preparation and cooking equipment.
Management:
Our shift leads, and management team have accountability for managing our restaurants, training and developing our teams and overall execution of restaurant operations.
